The Progressive Way is an alliance of
social action, community nonprofit
organizations from throughout the
greater Bay Area working together
to raise funds through annual
workplace payroll deduction and
fundraising campaigns.
Since 1987, member organizations
have been working in the areas of
nursing home reform, neighborhood
development, violence prevention,
health care reform, and advocacy
for the rights of people with
disabilities, women, workers,
lesbians and gays, people of color,
children, youth, seniors and immigrants.
